Nora, I don't know her last name,emailed me about a job opportunity that I had applied for. She said that if I wasn't interested in the job opportunity to let her know so that she wouldn't be wrong !?

I had NOT even talked to her before, and yet she more or less took it as I was NOT wanting the job. VERY disrespectful !

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave me a percentage off for the issue.

It wasn't the exact resolution I wanted, but it was ok, and I accepted.

The customer person representative was helpful and gave me a couple of options before we agreed.

I would use ShopBop again; they have good choices and a lot of variety.
